Practice Operations

Membership in the practice does not begin until the first visit and medical advice will not be provided until that time. Payment is not collected until after the first visit.

Please complete new patient/new pediatric patient forms before the first visit.

Appointments available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9 AM -4 PM or per arrangement with Dr. Roeder. Not seeing what you need on the schedule? Reach out to Dr. Roeder directly.

Patients are encouraged to make use of online self-scheduling as well as email and text communication. Dr. Roeder may not always be available to answer calls as she is likely with a patient but will return the call when she is able.

Dr. Roeder is available by phone after hours for questions or concerns that cannot wait until office hours. Please utilize the emergency room for emergencies.

Please allow 48 hours for prescription refills though refills will likely be faster.

Patients must be seen at least once a year to maintain membership.

Patients may choose to bill insurance for labs and imaging or opt for the discounted cash price.
